SWAGFABRICATED RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SwagFabricated, we curate limited quantities of distinctive fashion pieces to preserve their individuality and value. We want you to shop with confidence while ensuring every item remains in the best possible condition for its next owner.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing tags or signs of use are not eligible for a refund. Hygiene-sensitive items, including wigs, earrings, and designated hair accessories, are final sale once opened, unsealed, or worn, where applicable. Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned for a change of mind or sizing preference.

These exclusions do not apply where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law, including for eligible defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [your customer service email], including your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Process & Shipping Costs

All returns must be approved by SwagFabricated before being shipped back. Contact [your customer service email] with your order number and reason for requesting a return. For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability because our collections are released in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee that a replacement size, color, or style will be available. If an exchange is unavailable, an eligible return may be refunded instead.

Refund Timing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
